Is your music royalty free?
Yes, our music is royalty free, you can synchronise our music to your productions without paying any extra fees. This is called “Mechanical usage” but performance royalties are payable. Excluding the United Kingdom.Is your music copyright free?
No, we remain the sole copyright owners of this music. We only licence the music to you.What if I broadcast the music?
If you are the broadcaster themselves then you are expected to pay a license fee to your local royalty collection agent, (Performance Royalty) this is a standard practice and is unavoidable.If you are the production company that is having a production broadcast that includes our music you will not have to pay any license fees to us. You will have to fill out a cue sheet. See Cue sheets
What about high profile use?
If the intended use is a major network program, advertisement, movie or any other high profile use, please contact us. Excluding the United Kingdom.United Kingdom professional users

Can I use the songs in my student film?
Yes, if your film is going to be shown at festivals and low key showings then that is fine. If your film is intended for a major release i.e. being screened across the major cinema chains then please contact us for advice.Some ideas where you can use our music
TV, Film, Advertising, Radio, multimedia presentations, music on hold, on hold productions, Flash animation, video games, DVD, student films, in-store music and promotions, aerobics videos and workouts plus many more uses. Once you have access to our members area you can download as many tracks as you like and use them again and again in different productions without paying any extra fees to us. The license lasts for 50 years and the territory is world-wide (excluding the UK)Crediting us
We would be thankful if you would credit us if you use our music in your productions where titles appear or on printed media where a credit list is given.Cue Sheets
If you make a production that is going to be broadcast in any country, then you will need to fill in a cue sheet for the broadcast company. This will enable the composers of the music to claim any performance royalties that are owed to them.
